To help us assess your eligibility, please ensure that you can provide the following documentation and information and email us at info@stand-by-me.co.za:
• Company registration documents
• Directors’ details
• FICA documentation for each director and beneficial owner
• Official tax number(s) for your organization and its directors
• Most recent financial statements (if available)
• VAT number (if applicable)
• Proof of your organization’s bank account
• Confirmation that your organization is fully financially transparent
• Verification that you align with our mission statement
• Is your organization not-for-profit and 100% financially transparent?
